Cet objet est situ\u00e9 \u00e0 Nak\u00ebll, Peja, une petite structure entour\u00e9e de plusieurs anciens cimeti\u00e8res, avec un acc\u00e8s facile \u00e0 la route principale du village.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La propri\u00e9t\u00e9 abritant l&#039;objet ne dispose d&#039;aucune barri\u00e8re de protection substantielle, permettant un acc\u00e8s sans restriction \u00e0 toute personne int\u00e9ress\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La structure n&#039;est pas clairement identifi\u00e9e en tant qu&#039;\u00e9difice religieux, comme une croix orthodoxe. Jusqu&#039;\u00e0 r\u00e9cemment, il servait de refuge aux toxicomanes, aux personnes de passage et aux sans-abri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/octopusinstitute.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/1-1-1024x1024.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4949\" srcset=\"https:\/\/octopusinstitute.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/1-1-1024x1024.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/octopusinstitute.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/1-1-300x300.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/octopusinstitute.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/1-1-150x150.jpeg 150w, https:\/\/octopusinstitute.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/1-1-1536x1536.jpeg 1536w, https:\/\/octopusinstitute.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/1-1-2048x2048.jpeg 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Face \u00e0 l&#039;escalade des tensions dans la guerre hybride, la Serbie a eu recours \u00e0 des graffitis sur cet \u00e9difice religieux, attribuant ces actions aux Albanais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#039;Institut OCTOPUS a soigneusement analys\u00e9 les d\u00e9corations sur les murs int\u00e9rieurs de l&#039;\u00e9glise et a \u00e9galement analys\u00e9 en d\u00e9tail la situation environnante et la situation s\u00e9curitaire entre le Kosovo et la Serbie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019apr\u00e8s ces analyses, nous avons les r\u00e9sultats suivants :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur la base de la photo num\u00e9ro 2, apr\u00e8s analyse de l&#039;expression \u00ab Allahu Akbar \u00bb, des erreurs d&#039;orthographe notables indiquent un manque de ma\u00eetrise de la langue albanaise de la part de l&#039;individu qui a \u00e9crit ce graffiti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La personne qui a \u00e9crit le texte a l&#039;\u00e9criture principale serbe avec des lettres cyrilliques et n&#039;a aucune connaissance de la religion islamique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/octopusinstitute.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/2-2-1024x1024.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4954\" srcset=\"https:\/\/octopusinstitute.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/2-2-1024x1024.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/octopusinstitute.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/2-2-300x300.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/octopusinstitute.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/2-2-150x150.jpeg 150w, https:\/\/octopusinstitute.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/2-2-1536x1536.jpeg 1536w, https:\/\/octopusinstitute.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/2-2-2048x2048.jpeg 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Le mot \u00ab AKbaR \u00bb, les musulmans n\u2019\u00e9crivent pas avec une lettre majuscule, et de plus la derni\u00e8re lettre est toujours majuscule, ce qui ressemble \u00e0 l\u2019apprentissage psychologique de l\u2019\u00e9criture de lettres sous forme de lettres cyrilliques. En raison de la non-comparaison avec Allah, les musulmans ne mettent pas non plus Akbar en majuscule, et ces deux mots se contredisent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La phrase ci-dessus dans la m\u00eame image a encore plus de probl\u00e8mes lorsqu&#039;elle dit en fait &quot;Islani \u00ebsht\u00eb feju(y) e votme e Vertet&quot;, ils voulaient \u00e9crire &quot;L&#039;Islam est la seule vraie religion&quot; mais ils ont \u00e9crit quelque chose comme &quot;L&#039;Islan est la seule vraie religion&quot;. True religiu(y)&quot;, alors l&#039;auteur, ne connaissant pas la langue albanaise, ne savait pas comment \u00e9crire le mot &quot;religion&quot;, il ou elle a \u00e9crit &quot;feju(y) (religiu(y))&quot;, donc, ne sachant pas le mot correct, il ne savait pas comment marquer la lettre \u00ab a \u00bb en albanais \u00e0 la fin. L&#039;auteur \u00e9galement, ne connaissant pas la langue albanaise, ne savait pas \u00e9crire le mot \u00ab vetme (seulement) \u00bb et a \u00e9crit \u00ab votme (omly) \u00bb et \u00e0 la fin l&#039;auteur a \u00e9galement \u00e9crit le mot \u00ab v\u00ebrtet\u00eb (v\u00e9rit\u00e9) \u00bb comme \u00ab Vertet \u00bb o\u00f9 il commen\u00e7ait par une majuscule et celui-l\u00e0 m\u00eame qui avait mis la lettre \u00ab \u00eb \u00bb au mot \u00ab \u00ebsht\u00eb (est) \u00bb ne savait pas comment mettre la m\u00eame lettre dans le mot \u00ab Vertet \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur la photo num\u00e9ro 3, nous remarquons encore plus d&#039;arguments selon lesquels les personnes qui ont \u00e9crit les graffitis n&#039;\u00e9taient pas des Albanais, ils ne connaissent pas la langue albanaise et l&#039;\u00e9criture principale est \u00e9galement la langue serbe avec des lettres cyrilliques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/octopusinstitute.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/3-1024x1024.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4952\" srcset=\"https:\/\/octopusinstitute.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/3-1024x1024.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/octopusinstitute.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/3-300x300.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/octopusinstitute.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/3-150x150.jpeg 150w, https:\/\/octopusinstitute.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/3-1536x1536.jpeg 1536w, https:\/\/octopusinstitute.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/3-2048x2048.jpeg 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Ainsi, d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but de la phrase, il a commenc\u00e9 par la lettre \u00ab\u00a0C\u00a0\u00bb qui dans la langue cyrillique serbe est comprise comme la lettre \u00ab\u00a0S\u00a0\u00bb, puis il a fait une nouvelle note en essayant de l&#039;aligner avec la lettre albanaise \u00ab\u00a0S\u00a0\u00bb. mais n&#039;a pas r\u00e9ussi. De m\u00eame, la lettre \u00ab j \u00bb est \u00e9crite sans point au-dessus de la lettre, tout comme la lettre \u00ab i \u00bb qui est \u00e9crite sans point au-dessus du mot \u00ab \u00e9glise \u00bb. De m\u00eame, le mot \u00ab nous voulons \u00bb commence par un \u00ab D \u00bb majuscule, par un \u00ab j \u00bb sans point, et le mot \u00ab mosqu\u00e9e \u00bb s\u2019\u00e9crit \u00ab gjami \u00bb. Ce dernier mot est connu de tous les musulmans pour l\u2019orthographier correctement, quel que soit leur niveau d\u2019\u00e9ducation. Cela montre donc que sur la photo 3, il y a aussi une deuxi\u00e8me personne qui \u00e9crit des graffitis \u00e0 l&#039;int\u00e9rieur des murs et qui a \u00e9galement la langue serbe avec les lettres cyrilliques comme langue principale. L&#039;auteur du graffiti a \u00e9galement tent\u00e9 de dessiner un graffiti mais n&#039;a pas r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 atteindre son objectif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur la photo on remarque \u00e9galement une pelle qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 pos\u00e9e ou replac\u00e9e apr\u00e8s que le graffiti ait \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9crit. La pelle n&#039;\u00e9tait pas utilis\u00e9e par les artisans qui y travaillaient, car ceux-ci ne laissent pas sale leur mat\u00e9riel de travail afin d&#039;\u00e9viter leurs dommages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/octopusinstitute.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/4.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4955\" srcset=\"https:\/\/octopusinstitute.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/4.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/octopusinstitute.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/4-300x225.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/octopusinstitute.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/4-768x576.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/octopusinstitute.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/4-16x12.jpeg 16w, https:\/\/octopusinstitute.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/4-150x113.jpeg 150w, https:\/\/octopusinstitute.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/4-450x338.jpeg 450w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur la photo num\u00e9ro 4, on remarque un nouveau manuscrit o\u00f9 l&#039;on peut parler de la troisi\u00e8me personne impliqu\u00e9e dans l&#039;\u00e9criture du graffiti, qui n&#039;a \u00e9galement aucune connaissance de la langue albanaise. L&#039;auteur du graffiti voulait vraiment \u00e9crire \u00ab\u00a0enlevez cette \u00e9glise d&#039;ici, il n&#039;y a que des musulmans ici\u00a0\u00bb, mais en r\u00e9alit\u00e9, il a \u00e9chou\u00e9 et a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 lui-m\u00eame et le but du graffiti. La personne ne savait pas \u00e9crire un seul mot sous la forme correcte, mais son \u00e9criture le trahit \u00e9galement en r\u00e9v\u00e9lant qu&#039;il sait \u00e9crire en lettres cyrilliques et tr\u00e8s peu en lettres latines et encore moins en langue albanaise. Dans le mot \u00ab \u00e9glise \u00bb, il ne savait pas comment l&#039;\u00e9crire correctement en albanais, m\u00eame la lettre \u00ab s \u00bb ressemblait davantage aux lettres cyrilliques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De m\u00eame, le mot \u00ab ka \u00bb a \u00e9t\u00e9 trahi par le manuscrit en s\u2019\u00e9cartant vers la deuxi\u00e8me lettre sous forme de lettres cyrilliques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur la photo num\u00e9ro 5, dans le mot \u00ab ALLAHU \u00bb il y a des erreurs. Puisque la lettre \u00ab LL \u00bb n&#039;existe pas dans la langue serbe, alors l&#039;auteur n&#039;a pas su l&#039;\u00e9crire correctement et s&#039;est \u00e9cart\u00e9 en \u00e9crivant \u00ab II \u00bb deux lettres majuscules \u00ab I \u00bb en langue albanaise ou deux minuscules \u00ab l \u00bb mais qui sont en conflit avec d\u2019autres lettres majuscules. Quant au mot \u00ab Ekbar \u00bb nous avons aussi de nombreux t\u00e9moignages, o\u00f9 sur la photo 1 nous avons vu que le m\u00eame mot \u00e9tait \u00e9crit avec la lettre \u00ab A \u00bb, sur la photo num\u00e9ro 5 ils \u00e9taient \u00e9crits avec \u00ab E \u00bb qui ne ressemblent pas aux lettres en albanais mais en cyrillique, et \u00e0 la fin, le mot se termine par une \u00e9paisse ligne noire d\u00e9nu\u00e9e de sens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur la photo num\u00e9ro 5, on remarque \u00e9galement qu&#039;il y a des cl\u00e9s sur la porte. La porte ne peut \u00eatre ouverte que par des personnes responsables et la porte n&#039;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 ouverte de force, mais elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 ouverte de mani\u00e8re normale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/octopusinstitute.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/5-1024x1024.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4956\" srcset=\"https:\/\/octopusinstitute.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/5-1024x1024.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/octopusinstitute.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/5-300x300.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/octopusinstitute.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/5-150x150.jpeg 150w, https:\/\/octopusinstitute.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/5-1536x1536.jpeg 1536w, https:\/\/octopusinstitute.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/5-2048x2048.jpeg 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>La photo 5 montre les cl\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#039;int\u00e9rieur du casier de la porte, ce qui montre que les auteurs avaient un acc\u00e8s l\u00e9gal \u00e0 l&#039;installation et que les cl\u00e9s sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement conserv\u00e9es par le contrema\u00eetre et les propri\u00e9taires de l&#039;installation, ils avaient donc un acc\u00e8s libre. Les auteurs ont \u00e9crit sur les murs int\u00e9rieurs afin qu&#039;ils ne soient pas remarqu\u00e9s par les passants ou les habitants qui pourraient ensuite \u00eatre d\u00e9nonc\u00e9s et d\u00e9couverts par les agences de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du Kosovo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur toutes les photos, nous remarquons que certaines personnes avaient une mauvaise connaissance de l\u2019\u00e9criture de la langue albanaise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le but des graffitis<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces graffitis surviennent apr\u00e8s le fort engagement serbe dans la guerre hybride contre le Kosovo dans les domaines s\u00e9curitaire et politique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans les activit\u00e9s continues de la guerre hybride de la Serbie contre la R\u00e9publique du Kosovo, les questions ci-dessous ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9es :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 L&#039;insistance du patriarche serbe Porfirije \u00e0 entrer au Kosovo sans autorisation des autorit\u00e9s du Kosovo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Campagne de la Serbie contre le Kosovo pour l&#039;adh\u00e9sion au Conseil de l&#039;Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 L&#039;insistance du gouvernement serbe sur l&#039;utilisation ill\u00e9gale du dinar malgr\u00e9 la d\u00e9cision de la CBK sur l&#039;utilisation de l&#039;euro comme seule monnaie officielle au Kosovo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 La question de l&#039;octroi de l&#039;association aux Serbes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Trafic d&#039;armes dans le nord du Kosovo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Serbie a inclus ces questions dans la guerre hybride contre le Kosovo et les utilise de mani\u00e8re constante, alimentant \u00e9galement les tensions interethniques dans son faux r\u00e9cit selon lequel les \u00ab Serbes sont en danger \u00bb dans d\u2019autres r\u00e9gions de la R\u00e9publique du Kosovo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#039;actuel pr\u00e9sident de la Serbie, Aleksandar Vu\u010di\u0107, \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9poque o\u00f9 il \u00e9tait ministre de la Propagande sous le r\u00e9gime de Slobodan Milosevic, \u00e9galement connu sous le nom de Gebelsi serbe, avait pour r\u00f4le de diffuser de fausses nouvelles et de propagande. Il continue d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 adopter la m\u00eame attitude, m\u00eame lorsqu&#039;il est aux commandes des institutions serbes en tant qu&#039;autocrate. Ces nouvelles et d&#039;autres similaires sont diffus\u00e9es en premier lieu par le m\u00e9dia serbe Kosovo Online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On pr\u00e9tend que la question des graffitis est le fait du gouvernement serbe, car en Serbie, les m\u00e9dias sont contr\u00f4l\u00e9s par Vu\u010di\u0107 et qu&#039;\u00e0 travers ces graffitis, il r\u00e9ussirait dans sa propagande \u00e0 \u00e9voquer la victimisation parmi les internationaux et le chauvinisme parmi le peuple serbe. Pour cette raison, ce n&#039;est pas un hasard s&#039;il a choisi comme ministre de l&#039;Information Dejan Ristici qui, avant de devenir ministre, a pris soin d&#039;endoctriner les \u00e9tudiants, les enseignants et le peuple serbe le sentiment de victimisation, de g\u00e9nocide et de nationalisme chauvin parmi les Serbes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le pass\u00e9, comme le monde le sait, des hommes politiques serbes, en coop\u00e9ration avec les services secrets serbes, ont commis des actes encore plus grossiers en accusant les Albanais pour justifier ensuite leurs actes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il convient de mentionner l&#039;affaire \u00ab Panda \u00bb \u00e0 Pej\u00eb, o\u00f9 6 jeunes hommes de nationalit\u00e9 serbe ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tu\u00e9s dans un caf\u00e9 en 1998. Pour cette affaire, plusieurs Albanais ont \u00e9t\u00e9 accus\u00e9s et condamn\u00e9s par les tribunaux serbes. L&#039;unit\u00e9 sp\u00e9ciale des \u00ab B\u00e9rets rouges \u00bb de l&#039;UDB s&#039;est imm\u00e9diatement veng\u00e9e d&#039;autres Albanais innocents par des meurtres, des tortures, des violences, des emprisonnements, des pillages et divers mauvais traitements. En 2013, Aleksandar Vu\u010di\u0107 lui-m\u00eame a reconnu publiquement que cet acte criminel odieux avait \u00e9t\u00e9 commis par les institutions de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 serbes elles-m\u00eames, par des membres de la police sp\u00e9ciale et par des criminels serbes en activit\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9poque, mais qu&#039;il s&#039;agissait d&#039;une action planifi\u00e9e par l&#039;UDB serbe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors qu\u2019apr\u00e8s l\u2019attaque terroriste de Banjska en septembre 2023, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 prouv\u00e9 que le r\u00e9gime de Vu\u010di\u0107 utilise les \u00e9glises serbes du Kosovo pour abriter des armes et des terroristes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par cons\u00e9quent, les faits, l\u2019analyse et les circonstances politiques et s\u00e9curitaires nous am\u00e8nent \u00e0 conclure que cet acte a \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9 par la Serbie elle-m\u00eame et ses services secrets.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ISSN ONLINE: 3006-5925, ISSN PRINT: 3006-5917 In 2020, construction commenced on an object known as the \u201cTrinity Church\u201d, as reported by Serbian public sources.
