Ky objekt ndodhet n\u00eb Nak\u00ebll t\u00eb Pej\u00ebs, nj\u00eb struktur\u00eb e vog\u00ebl e rrethuar nga varreza t\u00eb shumta t\u00eb vjetra, me qasje t\u00eb leht\u00eb n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn kryesore t\u00eb fshatit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pron\u00ebs q\u00eb strehon objektin i mungon ndonj\u00eb penges\u00eb thelb\u00ebsore mbrojt\u00ebse, duke lejuar akses t\u00eb pakufizuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb interesuarit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Struktur\u00ebs i mungon identifikimi i qart\u00eb si nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrtes\u00eb fetare, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb kryq ortodoks. Deri von\u00eb, ajo sh\u00ebrbente si nj\u00eb streh\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb varurit nga droga, personat kalimtar\u00eb dhe t\u00eb pastreh\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Instituti OCTOPUS ka analizuar me kujdes gratifikat n\u00eb muret e brendshme t\u00eb kish\u00ebs dhe gjithashtu ka analizuar n\u00eb detaje situat\u00ebn rrethuese dhe situat\u00ebn e siguris\u00eb nd\u00ebrmjet Kosov\u00ebs dhe Serbis\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sipas k\u00ebtyre analizave kemi k\u00ebto rezultate:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bazuar n\u00eb foton num\u00ebr 2, kur analizojm\u00eb fraz\u00ebn \u201cAllahu Akbar\u201d, gabimet e dukshme drejtshkrimore tregojn\u00eb munges\u00ebn e njohjes s\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs shqipe nga individi q\u00eb ka shkruar k\u00ebt\u00eb grafit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Personi q\u00eb ka shkruar gratifies ka dor\u00ebshkrimin kryesor \u00ebsht\u00eb serbisht me shkronja cirilike dhe ai ose ajo gjithashtu nuk ka njohuri p\u00ebr fen\u00eb islame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fjala \u201cAKbaR\u201d, musliman\u00ebt nuk e shkruajn\u00eb me shkronj\u00eb t\u00eb madhe, dhe gjithashtu shkronja e fundit \u00ebsht\u00eb ende e madhe, e cila i ngjan m\u00ebsimit psikologjik t\u00eb shkrimit t\u00eb shkronjave n\u00eb form\u00ebn e shkronjave cirilike. P\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb moskrahasimit me Allahun, musliman\u00ebt nuk e shkruajn\u00eb me shkronj\u00eb t\u00eb madhe Akbarin dhe k\u00ebto dy fjal\u00eb bien ndesh me nj\u00ebra-tjetr\u00ebn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fjalia e m\u00ebsip\u00ebrme n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn foto ka akoma m\u00eb shum\u00eb probleme ku n\u00eb fakt thot\u00eb "Islani \u00ebsht\u00eb feju(y) e votme e Vertet", ata donin t\u00eb shkruanin "Islami \u00ebsht\u00eb feja e vetme e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb" por ata shkruan di\u00e7ka si "Islani \u00ebsht\u00eb i padrejt\u00eb. Religiu(y) e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb\u201d, pastaj autori duke mos ditur gjuh\u00ebn shqipe nuk ka ditur t\u00eb shkruaj\u00eb fjal\u00ebn \u201cfe\u201d, ka shkruar \u201cfeju(y) (religiu(y))\u201d, pra, duke mos ditur. fjal\u00ebn e sakt\u00eb, ai ose ajo nuk dinte t\u00eb sh\u00ebnonte shkronj\u00ebn \u201ca\u201d n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe n\u00eb fund. Autori gjithashtu, duke mos ditur gjuh\u00ebn shqipe, nuk ka ditur t\u00eb shkruaj\u00eb fjal\u00ebn \u201cvetme (vet\u00ebm)\u201d dhe ka shkruar \u201cvotme (omly)\u201d dhe n\u00eb fund autori e ka shkruar fjal\u00ebn \u201cv\u00ebrtet\u00eb\u201d si \u201cv\u00ebrtet\u00eb. Vertet\u201d ku ai ose ajo e fillonte me shkronj\u00eb t\u00eb madhe dhe i nj\u00ebjti q\u00eb i kishte v\u00ebn\u00eb shkronj\u00ebn \u201c\u00eb\u201d fjal\u00ebs \u201c\u00ebsht\u00eb (\u00ebsht\u00eb)\u201d nuk dinte t\u00eb shkruante t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn shkronj\u00eb n\u00eb fjal\u00ebn \u201cVertet\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N\u00eb foton num\u00ebr 3, v\u00ebrejm\u00eb edhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb argumente se personat q\u00eb kan\u00eb shkruar grafitin nuk kan\u00eb qen\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb, nuk e din\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe, e gjithashtu shkrimi kryesor \u00ebsht\u00eb gjuha serbe me shkronja cirilike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Pra, q\u00eb nga fillimi i fjalis\u00eb ai ka filluar me shkronj\u00ebn \u201cC\u201d q\u00eb n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn cirilike serbe kuptohet si shkronja \u201cS\u201d, m\u00eb pas ka b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb rish\u00ebnim duke u p\u00ebrpjekur ta p\u00ebrafroj\u00eb me shkronj\u00ebn shqipe \u201cS\u201d por nuk ia doli. Po k\u00ebshtu shkronja \u201cj\u201d shkruhet pa pik\u00eb mbi shkronj\u00ebn, ashtu si shkronja \u201ci\u201d q\u00eb shkruhet pa pik\u00eb mbi fjal\u00ebn \u201ckish\u00eb\u201d. Po k\u00ebshtu fjala \u201cduam\u201d fillon me \u201cD\u201d t\u00eb madhe, me \u201cj\u201d pa pik\u00eb dhe fjala \u201cxhami\u201d shkruhet \u201cgjami\u201d. K\u00ebt\u00eb fjal\u00eb t\u00eb fundit e din\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb musliman\u00ebt se si ta shkruajn\u00eb sakt\u00eb, pavar\u00ebsisht nga niveli i tyre arsimor. Pra, kjo tregon se n\u00eb foton 3 \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb person i dyt\u00eb q\u00eb shkruan grafite brenda mureve dhe gjithashtu ka gjuh\u00ebn serbe me shkronja cirilike si gjuh\u00eb kryesore. Edhe autori i grafitit \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekur t\u00eb vizatoj\u00eb nj\u00eb grafit por nuk ia ka arritur q\u00ebllimit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N\u00eb foto v\u00ebrehet edhe nj\u00eb lopat\u00eb e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb vendosur ose \u00ebsht\u00eb vendosur pas shkrimit t\u00eb grafitit. Lopata nuk p\u00ebrdorej nga mjeshtrit q\u00eb punonin aty, sepse zejtar\u00ebt nuk i l\u00ebn\u00eb papast\u00ebrti pajisjet e pun\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb shmangur d\u00ebmtimin e tyre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Autori i grafitit ka dashur shum\u00eb t\u00eb shkruaj\u00eb "hiqeni k\u00ebt\u00eb kish\u00eb nga k\u00ebtu, k\u00ebtu ka vet\u00ebm mysliman\u00eb", por n\u00eb realitet ai d\u00ebshtoi dhe zbuloi veten dhe q\u00ebllimin e grafitit. Personi nuk dinte t\u00eb shkruante nj\u00eb fjal\u00eb t\u00eb vetme n\u00eb form\u00ebn e duhur, por edhe shkrimi i tij e tradhton duke i treguar se di t\u00eb shkruaj\u00eb me shkronja cirilike dhe shum\u00eb pak me germa latine dhe aq m\u00eb pak n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe. N\u00eb fjal\u00ebn \u201ckish\u00eb\u201d nuk dinte ta shkruante si duhet n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe, madje shkronja \u201cs\u201d i ka ngjan m\u00eb shum\u00eb shkronjave cirilike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Po k\u00ebshtu fjal\u00ebn \u201cka\u201d e ka tradhtuar dor\u00ebshkrimi duke devijuar n\u00eb shkronj\u00ebn e dyt\u00eb n\u00eb form\u00ebn e shkronjave cirilike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N\u00eb foton num\u00ebr 5, n\u00eb fjal\u00ebn \u201cALLAHU\u201d ka gabime. Meqen\u00ebse shkronja \u201cLL\u201d nuk ekziston n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn serbe, at\u00ebher\u00eb autori nuk ka ditur ta shkruaj\u00eb sakt\u00eb dhe ka devijuar duke shkruar \u201cII\u201d dy shkronja t\u00eb m\u00ebdha \u201cI\u201d n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe apo dy shkronja t\u00eb vogla \u201cl\u201d por. t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me shkronjat e tjera t\u00eb m\u00ebdha. Sa i p\u00ebrket fjal\u00ebs \u201cEkbar\u201d kemi edhe shum\u00eb d\u00ebshmi, ku n\u00eb foton 1 kemi par\u00eb se e nj\u00ebjta fjal\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shkruar me shkronj\u00ebn \u201cA\u201d, n\u00eb foton num\u00ebr 5 jan\u00eb shkruar me \u201cE\u201d q\u00eb nuk ngjajn\u00eb me shkronjat. n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe por me ato cirilike dhe n\u00eb fund fjala mbaron me nj\u00eb vij\u00eb t\u00eb zez\u00eb t\u00eb trash\u00eb pa kuptim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Presidenti aktual i Serbis\u00eb, Aleksandar Vu\u00e7iq, n\u00eb koh\u00ebn kur ishte Minist\u00ebr i Propagand\u00ebs n\u00eb regjimin e Sllobodan Millosheviqit, i njohur edhe si Gebelsi serb, kishte rolin e p\u00ebrhapjes s\u00eb lajmeve t\u00eb rreme dhe propagand\u00ebs. Ai tani vazhdon me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin q\u00ebndrim edhe kur \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb krye si autokrat i institucioneve t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb. K\u00ebto lajme dhe lajme t\u00eb ngjashme, fillimisht jan\u00eb p\u00ebrhapur nga mediumi serb Kosovo Online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb, jo rast\u00ebsisht ai zgjodhi p\u00ebr minist\u00ebr t\u00eb Informacionit Dejan Risti\u00e7in, i cili para se t\u00eb b\u00ebhej minist\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb kujdesur t\u00eb indoktrinoj\u00eb te student\u00ebt, m\u00ebsuesit dhe populli serb ndjenj\u00ebn e viktimizimit, gjenocidit dhe nacionalizmit shovinist nd\u00ebr serb\u00ebt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn, si\u00e7 dihet bota, politikan\u00ebt serb\u00eb n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me sh\u00ebrbimin sekret serb kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb veprime edhe m\u00eb t\u00eb vrazhda duke i akuzuar shqiptar\u00ebt p\u00ebr t\u00eb justifikuar veprimet e tyre m\u00eb pas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vlen t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendet rasti \u201cPanda\u201d n\u00eb Pej\u00eb, ku n\u00eb nj\u00eb kafene n\u00eb vitin 1998 u vran\u00eb 6 t\u00eb rinj t\u00eb komb\u00ebsis\u00eb serbe. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, disa shqiptar\u00eb u akuzuan dhe u d\u00ebnuan nga gjykatat serbe. Nj\u00ebsia speciale e UDB-s\u00eb \u201cBeretat e Kuqe\u201d menj\u00ebher\u00eb u hakmor ndaj shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb pafajsh\u00ebm me vrasje, tortura, dhun\u00eb, burgime, pla\u00e7kitje dhe keqtrajtime t\u00eb ndryshme. Vet\u00eb Aleksandar Vu\u00e7iq n\u00eb vitin 2013 pranoi publikisht se k\u00ebt\u00eb akt t\u00eb sh\u00ebmtuar kriminal e kishin kryer vet\u00eb institucionet serbe t\u00eb sigurimit, pjes\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb policis\u00eb speciale dhe kriminel\u00ebt serb\u00eb q\u00eb vepronin n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb, por si aksion ishte planifikuar nga UDB-ja serbe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nd\u00ebrsa, pas sulmit terrorist n\u00eb Banjska n\u00eb shtator t\u00eb vitit 2023, \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebshmuar se regjimi i Vu\u00e7iqit i p\u00ebrdor kishat serbe n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb p\u00ebr strehimin e arm\u00ebve dhe terrorist\u00ebve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
